Social is who acts
Nothing good happens unless you do it. We all know this phrase. But what exactly does it actually mean? For us at Hagedorn, it means that we don't just sit on well-intentioned ideas, but actively work towards a healthy society that works together. Is that unusual for our industry? No. Because in the construction industry there are many hearts that beat for social commitment and where helping hands lend a hand.
The construction industry has always been characterised by a strong community spirit. Construction projects often require the co-operation of different professionals and teams in order to be successfully completed. However, this sense of community goes far beyond purely professional collaboration. Many construction companies and their employees are committed to the common good. For example, we support local projects, promote educational institutions and take part in charitable activities.

At Hagedorn, we value the importance of social commitment and support a project that gives our employees the opportunity to actively provide help where it is needed. We work closely together as a team on a daily basis and know that, in addition to our professional skills, each of us has many other potentials and strengths. So why not do something positive together? This was the idea behind our MIThelfen project. Hagedorn employees can get socially involved during working hours. It was important to us to raise awareness and expand our view beyond our personal comfort zone.
We have been supporting and promoting community-based social projects for many years. Personal contact and the continuity of the projects are particularly important to us, as we believe that providing meaningful help is an important part of our social responsibility. We are happy to help and support the people affected. Together, we are delighted with the progress, large and small, that is achieved thanks to our help. We would like to present some of the projects we support below. Perhaps you will even find other supporters along the way.

Those who think and act differently at an early stage can avoid disruptions in society. In our search, we often come across projects that teach us exactly how to rethink.
Not all projects have sufficient funds to get the good deed rolling. We support what is particularly important to the people in our college.
The team spirit does not end after the success of the projects. We bring what we have learnt back into the Group and thus foster social cohesion.
