Earthworks

All models are first processed by surveyors. The data set up during this work preparation period is a great support for us when we get to grips with producing reliable and qualified earth work. Extensive and time-consuming measuring and marking out work on site is now no longer required. Expensive shifting of earth back and forth can be kept to a minimum.

The carrying out of ground strengthening measures as preparation for our earthworks projects in order to give the subsoil a higher load-bearing capacity is also part of our daily work routine. There is virtually no subsoil that cannot be turned into a base with the required load-bearing values so that optimal use can be made of the ground available. We know how to do this. Only when the nature of the ground leaves us no other option do we then replace the type of ground. For this kind of task, we work hand in hand with the specialists in the Gütersloh Recycling Centre (GWG), who transport the ground away for us and deliver filling material when we are engaged in earthworks.

On request, we will set up excavation pits as preparation for your earthworks and building plans. In order to guarantee the safety of your construction team and of any adjacent buildings, especially in inner-city areas, we only use ultra-modern technology. We are proficient in the setting up of Berlin-style pit linings and in the building of walls with augured piles and also slotted walls. The underpinning of buildings in order to support the foundations of neighbouring properties is similarly one of our competences.
