Also designed as a platform, we then launched Schüttflix in 2019, bringing unprecedented transparency and traceability to the bulk solids market. To scale in all directions, we enable craft businesses to access integrated cloud solutions from office applications like ERP, enabled by our Cloudstructor brand. As they are researched, technologically prepared and directly integrated into customer projects by our Digitalization Team in Essen. SERVICE AND NETWORK PLATFORM for Brownfields

Brownfield24 is the network and service platform when it comes to contaminated sites, brownfields and revitalization projects. Here, challenging sites can be uploaded free of charge and/or a suitable project partner as well as service provider for the next construction project can be found. The platform is rounded off by the Consult area, where you can examine sites for further development-possibilities right from the start.

As a founding member of the German Association of Brownfields, we are furthermore committed to the issue of sustainable land development – in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals – and thus make an active contribution to the German government's call to reduce land consumption to 0 hectares per day by 2050. You can’t get more sustainable than that. For a maximum of sustainability.

Tons of gravel – zero paperwork

With Schüttflix, Hagedorn digitizes the construction site and connects contractors, bulk material suppliers, forwarders and disposal companies – in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic and Poland. In this way, we create transparency by comparing prices - regardless of location. Schüttflix delivers with pinpoint accuracy via GPS and gets rid of conventional paperwork on the way back – through an entirely digital documentation, by the way. Intelligent route management adds to saving CO2 – so customers and partners save time and money.

With u+i interact, Hagedorn has brought permanent digital expertise on-site. This dedicated team of 100 people translates existing business processes into efficient digital models. All products necessary are designed in user-centric fashion, tested via prototypes and finally programmed in-house without the need for third party contractors. From pit to bit

Hagedorn does it again: Instead of leaving the work to others, our team at Zeche Zollverein takes the topic of digitization into its own hands. In an independent research and development department, with a complete IT infrastructure and data warehouse at their disposal. This is where we build the future, looking at our industry from different angles. Whether it’s BIM (Building Information Modeling), drone flights for image data acquisition or the use of AI to relieve time-consuming routines – the integration of the latest digital technologies is already being used productively in customer projects and at Hagedorn itself.
