Sustainable dismantling of wind turbines
Our specialists for the professional dismantling of your wind turbines will dismantle your turbines: blades are dismantled on site using state-of-the-art sawing technology, and they also take care of the dismantling of foundations, concrete towers, pathways and crane installation areas. All materials produced are professionally disposed of or recycled. We save costs and valuable resources with on-site concrete recycling and soil improvement measures.
We can dismantle
To dismantle the rotors together with the rotor blades, we use special tools and, in cooperation with our company WASEL, appropriate cranes. The nacelle, which weighs several tonnes, including the turbine control system, is also safely dismantled by crane.
Hagedorn dismantles disused rotor blades on site using state-of-the-art sawing technology. The professional, certified disposal and recycling of all GRP and CFRP components of a wind turbine is a matter of course for the dismantling experts.
Using cable excavators, demolition shears or sawing technology, the professionals dismantle towers with walls up to 1 metre thick. The demolition material is used to produce recycled building material for new road construction or backfilling. Blasting is also possible, for which we use a specially developed blasting method protected by a utility model.
Our experts at Hagedorn take care of the remarketing of the old systems or various individual components. This means that the systems remain available for energy generation.
Loose blasting of the foundation saves time. Hagedorn uses powerful drilling equipment for this. The experts process the foundation concrete directly on site using mobile crushing plants to produce recycled material for road construction.
By recycling concrete on site and through soil improvement measures, Hagedorn utilises important methods to save resources and costs. Hagedorn also carries out the dismantling of old road and crane installation areas as well as the professional disposal of materials.
