On the building site and in people's minds
Moving mountains together
Tearing down the old, moving mountains and creating something new - that's what we do every day in the demolition and construction industry. Transforming structures is our core competence.
But now it's high time for a really big project: we need more women! Real structural transformers who can move mountains both on the construction site and in their heads.
We are convinced that there is no job that a woman cannot do today. New working methods and technological progress are helping us to achieve this. To achieve this, our industry must finally stop thinking in clichés and instead be a role model for women who want to work in construction.
Regardless of whether they start their career with us in an apprenticeship or come to us with a lot of experience - we are happy to welcome every woman who brings a new perspective to Hagedorn. The inspiring faces of our ‘Women in Construction’ campaign are unanimous: more diversity means fresh ideas that are brought into the company. And that helps us all move forward.
