SETTING STANDARDS JOINTLY

COOPERATION AND NETWORKING

Transparent change

Greenfield, Brownfield, New Grounds

The list of criteria that turn a brownfield site developable and usable is quite long. But we're not facing this list of challenges alone. In order to drastically reduce the sealing of land and the rapid figure of 56 hectares of land consumption per year, Hagedorn is a founding member of the Federal Association of Brownfields. In this and other networks, we are supporting the necessary change in values from consumption to conversion. After all, resources are just as finite as living space. As a cooperation partner, Hagedorn therefore brings not only the know-how from conversion, but also the technological change to the industry. We position ourselves broadly to provide people from a wide range of disciplines with knowledge and materials. Thus, in addition to DEVB, we have also launched the platform Brownfield24, which plays a necessary key role in the market and opportunity brokerage of brownfields. To highlight the special commitment of our network members, we honor projects with the Brownfield24 Award that make a significant contribution to our common goals through their innovation.

SERVICE PROVIDER AND NETWORK PLATFORM FOR BROWNFIELD SITES

Brownfield24 is the network platform and service provider platform for contaminated site areas, wasteland and revitalisation projects. Challenging site areas can be uploaded free of charge here and/or one can find a suitable project partner as well as service provider for the next construction project. The offer will be subsequently rounded off by the Consulting Department, which can examine the sites and areas for development opportunities right at the start of any development.

As a founding member of the German Brownfield Association, we are dedicated to maintaining the subject of sustainable land development - always in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals - and are therefore making an active contribution to the German government's demand to reduce land consumption to 0 ha per day by 2050. Being more sustainable is impossible.
