The former stone factory on Dolomitstraße was part of the Haldender Dolomitwerk for a long time and thus symbolised an era in Hagen's industrial history.
The approximately 122,000 square metre site has been derelict since the end of March 2020. We have now taken over the property and are developing the disused site into an industrial park.
