Since October 2024, the Hagedorn Group has been working under the direction of Rainer Claasen, Nick Sigges and Sebastian Bockholt on the reconstruction of the Golden Tulip Hotel in Bielefeld.
The project is particularly challenging as the hotel was severely damaged by a devastating fire in 2022, resulting in considerable soot and water damage. Nevertheless, the Hagedorn Group is focussed on restoring the building with the utmost precision and safety. Their remediation work is carried out under the strictest safety conditions, using modern suction technology and specialised working methods.
The team's meticulous work, working through the building floor by floor from top to bottom, is impressive. Particularly noteworthy is the use of weather protection on the top floor, which makes it possible to work efficiently and safely even in adverse weather conditions. The use of a building construction crane from January 2025 will make the removal of pollutants even more efficient.
Hagedorn is thus not only contributing to the reconstruction of an important building, but also ensuring a safe and clean basis for the future use of the hotel. Their work is a prime example of professionalism and commitment in the field of pollutant removal and building restoration.
